The holidays are usually associated with tradition, not change. Many people delight in foods, music and activities they’ve enjoyed for years, and possibly generations. But others really, truly wish that this is the year that something about the holidays will change for them. The songs sound stale; the foods mess with their diets; the activities are stressful; and the gifts disappoint. If this describes you, here’s a simple question:
What if you could change blah to bliss before January 1 rolls around?
There are three tricks to having a Fullistic® holiday. First, change your focus. Withdraw your attention from the stores, the online catalogs, the holiday music and the invitations. You can go back to all of them later, but for a few minutes, just set them aside. These are all part of the world of energy effects, not cause, and if you focus on what already is, you’ll only get more of what isn’t doing it for you.
Instead, change the direction of your focus from outer to inner. Put your attention on your heart and soften your focus until all you can detect is light, either actual radiance or just a sense of relief or freedom without boundaries.
Next, once you are aware of the light in your heart, let it flow into your hands. Start by placing your hands over your heart. With each breath, feel them tingling or getting warmer. Once they do, place your hands-palms up, open, and out- about 6 inches in front of your heart so the light can flow into them. As this occurs, say aloud, “The light of love is in my hands now.” While you can think the words, it’s more powerful to say them out loud, both so you can hear yourself do so, affirming the power that’s in your hands, and also to increase the intensity of the light and its powerful impact.
Now add, “Take my light and love, and use it for the highest good of all.” As you do–smile. The smile is very, very critical to this process, because it is biologically impossible to feel bad when you are smiling, and you want to feel very, very good when you’re doing this so you raise your own vibration and that of anyone touched by your light and love. You can direct this by saying, “use it for the highest good of my mother” or “use it for the highest good of my best friend,” but doing so may load it with energetic baggage, depending on how you feel about the person you’re targeting. It’s important not to have a specific outcome in mind, so even if you direct the energy, let go of what you think should happen and just be open to what could possibly happen. My recommendation is simply to keep all the options open, trusting that your love will go exactly where it belongs.
Then relax. You’ve just given away a gift that changes everything for the better for you, and for others who you may or may not know. Finish by saying, “Let love prevail–and this is so.”
Now comes the real fun. Get ready for some sweet surprises. These might come from the news–a public figure does some kind of about-face that helps instead of hurts. Or you might notice people being more polite and kind to one another. You might hear from an old friend who always made you laugh; receive a card with a sentiment that warms your heart; or have something else that’s unexpected but utterly delightful occur. Even if nothing is visible in the next day or so, know that you have made an impact, and it may come back to you in future months or years. You’ll meet someone who feels like an instant friend, and you’ll think you knew each other previously, but there’s no connection before now. A door of opportunity opens. Something you were formerly dreading does not occur, or you get an invitation for something you’d love to do. And if nothing else, you feel better, which is a gift to yourself.
If you find that you’re slipping back into lower vibrational states, simply do the heart-and-hands process again. It’s good any time of the year, but particularly now, when the global energies of goodwill are more public and are likely to be empowered by your gift.
